When choosing the items you wish to have shipped in your personal MyPage, the total cost will be displayed. Payment can be done via Paypal.
(ONE by ONE shipping service)
When yur parcel has arrived, it will be packed and weighed, and you will be notified
of the total cost by e-mail. Payment can be done by either Paypal or bank transfer.

Delivery

companies’ workflow.

Restrictions

All items suitable for international shipping (except those that cannot
be shipped by EMS, DHL, and sea) can be sent.

- Size: Within 1,5m length; length plus width have to be within 3m (depending
on country
In case ordered items exceed size or weight restrictions, they will be
split for sending (added shipping costs will be charged).

Shipping requests

- Users can place their shipping requests after logging into MyPage with their personal ID and password. Item details should be stated as
precisely as possible. - Items with different shipping request numbers cannot be shipped together.- The contents declaration column will solely be used for customs purposes.- We will not check your parcels for completeness, even if the rewrapping
service is chosen.-

Returns / Refunds

Because of this service’s nature, we cannot accept returns. Should you
need to return an item, please contact the sender directly to discuss return
conditions.
Below costs and fees are to be carried by all users:
- All costs and fees related to customs clearance
- If parcels get returned to Japan because receiver is absent and therefore
cannot receive parcel:
EMS: Fee for resending, insurance fee
SEA/AIR: Fee for return, fee for resending, insurance fee
DHL: Fee for return, fee for resending, insurance fee
