I have asked the seller about size and weight, but my item is bigger / heavier than he said. For many items, protective wrappage and boxes will increase the final size / weight. If you ask the seller, please make sure that his answer refers to the final parcel. For some items like electronic devices heavy wrapping is a must. For others, you can use our repacking service (additional fee) to reduce size and weight.
