What if the things I ordered are too big for international shipping?


Sometimes it happens that things are bigger than you thought. This is what we can do about it:

If you chose EMS or SEA and the parcel was oversized, we will ship the parcel such as below.

1. If the items can be split :
If the items can be split, we can send them by EMS or SEA.

2. If the items cannot be split:
We will ship the parcel such as below:
-Oversized Air Mail (FedEx): 220 countries
-Oversized Sea Mail (Other companies): America (without Hawaii / Alaska)

*The fee for Speed service, Repacking service, Collect Shipping service has to be paid once per sent item (not per arriving item).
*If the weight exceeds 300kg, service fee for Size 16 plus service fee for the exceeding part will be charged.
