Will DankeDankeCom contact the sender of my goods?


If you order directly at Japanese online shops (Japanese speakers only):
As a basic rule, we will not contact the sender. Item ordering, payment and so on is to be done between the customer and the sender. If for some reason it will be necessary to contact the sender, we will ask your permission before.

We will contact the sender until the requested items arrive.
