DankeDankeCom's responsibility covers reception, storage, categorizing, (re-)wrapping and sending after a shipping request has been placed. On the way from the seller to DankeDankeCom, the transport company used is responsible for the items, as well as on the way from DankeDankeCom to the customer. All international shippings will be insured up to the full amount declared by the customer.
If any problem should occur, we will do our best to support you.

You can check the state of your parcel using My Page or the link provided in your confirmation mail (only for EMS/ International Express Service). You cannot trace SEA parcels on the internet; please write us if you are unsure about your parcel.
