Can you check if my box contains all items？


We will not check the contents of your box and will not open it except for repacking service and the cases below. We do check the sender's name and the number of boxes, but checking if the contents is correct is not possible.

Cases where we might open the parcel
-If sender cannot be determined
-Boxes are wet or contents seems to eb damaged
-Strange smelling boxes
-If recipient is not clear
-If we are obliged by transport partners or authorities to do so
