STEP-1: USER SIGN-UP
After you sign-up, you will receive an email for confirmation on your email
and PayPal account registration.
User sign-up confirmation will be sent automatically in a few minutes after
your PayPal account registration.
It contains important information such as your Personal mailbox shipping
addresses.
* You can have your own address and store your parcels only for 1575JPY(Storage insurance included) every month.
Notes:
Required for the first time only
If you will not receive Confirmation on User sign-up mail within a few
minutes, please re-try the registration (It could be due to incorrect email
address).

STEP-2: Shop or Bid at your favorite sites!
(Or tell your Japanese business partners to ship your marchandises to your
Private box address.)
After your User sign-up is completed, you will be given Personal mailbox and can start using our Personal mailbox shipping service immediately.
All the payments must be made with your shops/sellers in advance.

*Please write [Your user ID] after the address in the address field everytime you fill in the orderform
at online shops in Japan.
*Please write [Your registered full name in English letters] in the name field everytime you fill in the orderform at online shops
in Japan. The order name and your Personal mailbox name must be the same.
*We do not receive Cash on Delivery parcels.
*We do not receive Freight-collect parcels. |

STEP-3: Arrivals of your parcels
When your parcels are sent to your Personal mailbox address, we will enter
the following information in our data. You will receive an auto-email,
"Your parcel arrived".You will see which parcels have arrived in your MyPage.

Log into your MyPage and enter the contents of the parcels.

STEP-4: Shipping request
Log into your MyPage and select parcels that you want to ship. Complete
the "Shipping request" as instructed.
When the shipping request is completed, you will receive an auto-email,
"Shipping request sent". Your shipping request status will be shown in your MyPage.

Log into your MyPage and enter the contents of the parcels.

STEP-5: Payment on Shipping
By the automatic calculation system, the total shipping fee and service
fee will be shown at the end of the shipping request.
Check the amount and make a payment by PayPal.
(We accept PayPal only.)
After your payment, you will receive an auto-email, "Payment confirmed". Your payment status will be shown in your MyPage.

STEP-6: Packing
Your parcels will be packed carefully by our staffs. |

STEP-7: International shipping
You will receive an auto-email, "Your parcel shipped". You can also check the status on your MyPage.
Note: In case when your package cannot be received at the designated address
because away from home etc, please follow re-delivery procedures in your
country.
Undelivered items might be shipped back to us after certain period of time
so please be aware.

About cancellation of your user account
When your shipping box is empty, your user account can be cancelled anytime. |
