STEP-1: Shipping request
Place a shipping request and get One-time ID with our address before you
order at an online shop in Japan.

STEP-2: Shop or Bid at your favorite site!
After your Shipipng request is completed, have your parcel deliver to our
address including your One-time ID.
All the payments must be made with your shops/sellers in advance.

*Please write [Your user ID] after the address in the address field when you fill in the orderform
at an online shop in Japan.
*Please write [Your registered full name in English letters] in the name field when you fill in the orderform at an online shop in
Japan. The order name and your registered name must be the same.
*We do not receive Cash on Delivery parcels.
*We do not receive Freight-collect parcels. |

STEP-3: Arrivals of your parcel(s)
When your parcels are sent to our address, you will receive an auto-email,
"Your parcel arrived".
You will see which parcels have arrived in the email.

STEP-4: Shipping fee and Service fee
After we pack and weigh your parcel(s), you will receive an auto-email, "Invoice".

STEP-5: Payment on Shipping
Click the payment link in the email and make a payment. Check the amount and make a payment by PayPal or Credit cards.
* You don't need a PayPal account to pay using a credit or debit card.

STEP-6: International shipping
You will receive an auto-email, "Your parcel shipped". You will see the shipping number in the email.
Note: In case when your package cannot be received at the designated address
because away from home etc, please follow re-delivery procedures in your
country.
Undelivered items might be shipped back to us after certain period of time
so please be aware.
