Volume weight is a formula made out of the actual weight and the weight in relation to volume.
| Width (cm) x Depth (cm) x Height (cm) : 6000cm3 |

10kg, 50x50x50cm
Actual weight: 10kg
Volume weight: 50x50x50:6000=20,8
The weight attributed to the parcel is the higher one, in this case 20,8kg.

| About shipping by seamail |
For the following reasons, DankeDankeCom does not recommend shipping by
seamail. If convenience and speed are demanded, we recommend using EMS
or FedEx.

| *The transport times indicated on our website are average values. No exact time can be given, and parcels may arrive later even if there is no problem with the transport. |
| *Our experience shows that parcels shipped by semail get damaged more often. All parcels shipped by DankeDankeCom are insured, but for seamail the insurance does have an upper limit. |
| *Parcels cannot be traced on the internet. |
| *During public holidays and busy times (Christmas, etc.) seamail parcels will be treated with the least priority and therefore arrive late. |
