Log into your MyPage and click "Check History" in the menu.

Click "Details" button of the relevant shipping request.

Shipping status
|
Your shipping request number (13 digits), shipping date and track&trace number are shown.
When your items have been sent it will be indicated as "Shipped" on the right side of the summary.
Parcels shipped by EMS and FedEx can be traced online.
Click Track & trace in the menu bar to track your shipping.
