Check History

Log into your MyPage and click "Check History" in the menu.

Shipping request summary
|
When your payment is confirmed, it will be displayed as "Payment recieved"
in the parcel menu.
Click "Detail" button.

Invoice
|
When your parcel is ready to ship, "Invoice" and payment information will be displayed.
Send the amount within 7 days from the invoice.
When your payment is confirmed, it will be displayed as "Payment received".
*入金確認ができるのは、土日祝を除く平日のみとなっております。時差の関係上、24時間以内を目安にご入金の順番に表示致します。また、日本時間15時を過ぎたご入金に関しましては翌営業日の扱いとなります。
