Delete Shipping request

Log in

Log into your MyPage and click "Check History" in the menu bar.


Shipping request summary

"Shipping request summary" will be displayed.


Details

Click "Details" button.

*You can delete Shipping request before the parcel arrives.
*You cannot delete a parcel if it has already arrived.
*If you deleted a parcel by accident, there are two ways:
-If 48h have not passed and all parcels have not arrived yet Go to "Add parcels to request" and put in the data again.
-If 48h have passed or all parcels have arrived Place a new shipping request.



Delete

Click "Delete" button on the right side of the parcel information.

*If you delete all parcels your shipping request will be deleted as well.


Confirm

Click "OK" button to delete.

*Once you press the "OK" button your data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
