Parcels can be added to your shipping request within 48 hours after placing a shipping request. However, if all parcels have already arrived, it may not be possible to add any more. Due to the large quantity of parcels we receive every day this limitation has become necessary to guarantee a quick dispatch and to avoid mistakes, leading to delays. We appreciate your understanding. |

Log in

Log into your MyPage and click "Check History" in the menu bar.

Shipping request summary
|
"Shipping request summary" will be displayed.

Details
|
Click "Details" button.

Add a parcel
|
Click " Add parcel" button which is displayed at the bottom of the shipping request.

Parcel registration
|
Fill in the parcel registration form and click " Add parcel" button.
