| Delivery time |
We will inform you when the items you ordered have arrived. Sending after
reception of payment. All items for Collected Sending Service have to arrive
within two weeks, according to the conditions.
*We will send immediately after your item has (your items have) arrived
and the payment is received. Please take into consideration that it might
take some time for your money transfer to show on our account.

| Restrictions |
We are sending all possible items. However, in case of using EMS/SEA, there
are restictions concerning size and items. It lies in the customer's responsibility
to make sure the purchased items are not forbidden in his country of residence.

*Weight limit: 20, 30 kg (depending on country)
*Size: length under 1,5m / length + side under 3m (depending on country)
In case of excess size, the contents will be sent seperately. or Additional
fee will apply.

| Shipping request |
-As all your parcels are sorted by their respective shippingrequest number, changes are not possible. However, within 48hours , and if no parcel has arrived yet, a change might still be possible.
-Adding items is possible within 48hours after placing your shipping request. You can do this on My Page.
Please note that adding items is not possible anymore once all your items
have arrived. If there are additional parcels, you need to place a new
shipping request. |
| Custom |
Please be aware that depending on the country, items
might be subject to import tax. Value declaration and import tax issues are in
the sole responsibility of the customer. Also, if problems arise from wrong or
missing declaration, DankeDankeCom shall not be responsible. Please be fill in
the value declaration to your best knowledge in order to avoid any
trouble. |
| Returns |
We do not cover returns or exchanges. In case of return or exchange, please
contact the shop you bought from directly. Exchanged items will be treated
as new order with the applying fees. |
