| STEP-1: Member sign-up |
After you sign-up, you will receive an email for Confirmation on Member sign-up automatically in a few minutes.
It contains important information such as our shipping addresses.
Notes:
Required for the first time only
If you will not receive Confirmation on Member sign-up mail within a few minutes, please re-try the registration (It could be
due to incorrect email address).

| STEP-2: Shop/Bid at your favorite sites! |
Most of Japanese shops accept credit cards and bank/post transfer. If the
shop dosn't accept credit cards, we recommend to use our "Shopping support service", "Cash on delivery service"
or "Payment service".
To use one of the services above, please contact us from "Contact Board" in MyPage. We will help your shopping at Japanese shops. (Please note: there is no bidding support for auctions.)

| STEP-3: Payment to the shops/sellers (If you do not need shopping support) |
All the payments must be made with your shops/sellers before we start shipping
your items.

-Please write [Your member ID] after the address in the address field everytime
you fill in the orderform at online shops in Japan.
-Please write [Your registered full name in English letters] in the name
field everytime you fill in the orderform at online shops in Japan.
-All the payments must be made with your shops/sellers before we start
shipping your items.
-For carriage cash on delivery parcels, we charge 300JPY as a service charge.
-For cash on delivery parcels, we charge 15% on the Cash on delivery amount.
You will need to apply the parcel information on the contact board and
pay the total amount (except shipping cost) in advance. |

| STEP-4: Shipping Request |
Log into MyPage, and complete the "Shipping Request" as instructed. Please note if there is no shipping request placed when
your parcel arrives or the registered sender's name doesn't match the sender's
name on the parcel, we will hold your parcel for a certain period, and
the procedure may delay.

| Combining different shipping request |
| Parcels with different shipping request numbers can not be combined to
ship together. Please fill in the parcel information under the same shipping
request number if you wish your parcels to be combined. |

| Additional parcels |
| Parcels can be added to your shipping request within 48hours after placing a shipping request. However, if all parcels have already
arrived, it may not be possible to add any more. Due to the large quantity
of parcels we receive every day this limitation has become necessary to
guarantee a quick dispatch and to avoid mistakes, leading to delays. We
appreciate your understanding. |

STEP-5: We will send a message from contact board if we find your request incorrect
or incomplete.
|

STEP-6: You will receive an email Confirmation on Shipping Request automatically in a few minutes. You can also check your status on MyPage.
|

| STEP-7: Delivery your items to us |
Your items should be delivered to us within 2 to 7 days on average from
the shops/sellers.
Note: Delivery will vary by shops/sellers. Please contact your shops/sellers
for delivery time.

| STEP-8: After your items are all shipped to us, you will receive an email for Arrival Notification from us. You can also check the status on MyPage. |

| STEP-9: Invoice |
When your parcel is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an notification
email for Invoice. Please log into MyPage and click the "Payment button" . When you choose a payment method, the invoice will be shown. Payment
must be made to us before we shipped.
Note: You will receive an email as we receive all your items. Shipping
cost will be set by measuring the size and weight.

| STEP-10: Shipping notification |
You will receive an email for Shipping Notification. You can also check the status on MyPage.

|
| STEP-11: Arrival of your package to your address |
Note: In case when your package cannot be received at the designated address
because away from home etc, please follow re-delivery procedures in your
country.
Undelivered items might be shipped back to us after certain period of time
so please be aware.
